SUPERLIGA SHOWDOWN
Chivas can still advance

FULLERTON, Calif--. – Chivas USA is in a must win situation if they hope to advance to the SuperLiga semi finals. The Goats host the New England Revolution Sunday at 5:00 pm at Titan Stadium in the campus of Cal-State Fullerton.

A win, as well as the result of the Pachuca-Santos Laguna game will determine whether Chivas USA advances to face their parent club CD Gudalajara. Chivas and Pachuca currently have three points apiece.

Midfielder Paulo Nagamura, who suffered a mild concussion during Thursday’s match, will be suspended for Sunday’s game based on yellow-card accumulation, as well as defender Jonathan Bornstein.
