Sounders, Timbers add second teams
USL PRO is expanding again. The Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders become the second and third Major League Soccer teams to add a "2" franchise in the third division league, following the Los Angeles Galaxy, whose Galaxy II advance to the USL PRO championship game this season.
