Payeras joins OC from Guatemala

IRVINE, Calif. - Defender Jefrey Payeras has joined Orange County Blues FC on loan for the 2015 USL season.

Late winners change standings

Late game-winners featured prominently in Week 8 in the USL, as teams made moves up the standings - or in the case of the Rochester Rhinos, maintained the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Saint Louis and Charlotte also took impressive wins, as the two expansion sides made their cases as playoff contenders later this season.

IRVINE, Calif. - Christofer Ramirez scored two goals to lead the Orange County Blues FC to a 3-1 win over the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC 3-1 at Anteater Stadium Wednesday night.

Rhinos extend unbeaten streak

The first quarter of the 2015 USL season concluded this past week, as two new teams moved to the top of their respective conference standings. The Rochester Rhinos extended their undefeated streak north of the border, while Seattle Sounders FC 2 maintained its perfect home record with a comeback victory, as the race for the postseason saw some interesting twists and turns during the weekend’s 10 games.
