CHESTER, Pa. -- Six games, three wins, one loss and a two draws.

Not exactly what you would expect from a CONCACAF power.

The United States completed one of its poorest showings at the CONCACAF Gold Cup, with a rather uninspiring shootout loss to Panama in the third-place match at PPL Park on Saturday. Complete story

Same for getting to the Confederations Cup, even though it is a contrived tournament created by FIFA to further clog the calendar and extract money from fans and sponsors. But not winning those competitions (or in the case of the Confederations Cup not getting there) is not the end of the world.

Soccer Camps
Camp program has thrived for 35 years

No. 1 Soccer Campers at the Blue Ridge School outside of Charlottesville, VA
Soccer is a tough business. Itís rare for a manager like Alex Ferguson to stay in one place as long as he has. Itís even rarer for a soccer camp program to endure even longer than that, but that is exactly what No. 1 Soccer Camps has done.
